Online Payments. All online payments are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections via our payment processor Authorize.net and all transactions are handled through a gateway that adheres to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard for storing cardholder data. All products are offered in U.S. Dollars.

Return Policy. I acknowledge that products that are not delivered to my original specification(s) may be eligible for return. I agree to contact my representative at Docuplex to settle disputes with said deliverable(s) before filing a chargeback via my financial institution.

Privacy Policy. Docuplex does not make a practice of selling or otherwise distributing contact names collected via payment pages on its site. Docuplex may under certain conditions use email addresses collected for promoting products or services that it feels may benefit owners of said addresses. All credit card information is handled by Authorize.net's gateway and is in compliance with PCI Data Security Standards. Docuplex does not store credit card information on its website.

Shipping Method(s). Shipping is handled through USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on customer requirements. For pieces that mail directly from Docuplex, it works in conjunction with USPS to determine proper postage rates for printed pieces and mails with affixed with said postage amount.
